Use the print form and mail with payment. Make purchase order, check or money order payable to:

Conference package for $45 which includes:

• All-Day Conference Participation
• One seat at Governor’s Awards Luncheon
• MBD Professional Development Series and Business
• Capacity Building Conference Materials

Businesses or individuals who are members of a local MBE Chamber or Association pay only $35 (deduct $10) per person for Marketplace 2009 Conference package.

Add $10 after September 7, 2009.

Business Expo package which includes:

• One 8’ X 10’ draped exhibit booth with draped table and two chairs
• Two seats at the Governor’s Awards Luncheon
• All Day Conference Participation

Certified MBE/DBE/WBE  == $200

Corporate Exhibitor == $350

Marketplace 2009 Sponsors must register directly with the Bureau of Minority Business Development to obtain complimentary luncheon seats.

Cancellation

Refunds must be requested in writing prior to September 7, 2009.

Facilities are wheelchair accessible. Arrangements for individuals with
disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
